Our integrity is our core
Sandstone’s founders and staff members put a particular emphasis on the ethical values that they have continuously defended through all their professional careers. Sandstone does not make any exceptions to the values defined in this code of conduct. We think outside the box to solve any problem, but without compromising our integrity.
We are elite, but not elitist
Sandstone relentlessly seeks excellence in all its missions and demands the same from the partners and network. We are not satisfied with a job that is not done to the best possible standard in given time and resources. We are humble in our excellence and modest in our success.

We do not engage in actions that risk innocent third parties
Sandstone does not accept assignments that endanger innocent human beings.
We protect our sources, partners and teams
Sandstone plans every action with the safety of its staff, sources and partners at the forefront.
We respect the rule of law
Sandstone abides by the Luxembourg law and regulations, as well as by the national legislations of the countries where it operates. Sandstone dos not accept assignments that may jeopardise national interests in Luxembourg or partner nations.

Intelligence methodology
Sandstone only delivers legally obtained information and assessments after verifying their veracity and credibility. Sandstone’s work methology is based on the traditional intelligence cycle, which includes a clear definition of the clients’ requirements; a subsequent strategy planning and implementation; followed by a rigorous analysis; and eventually the production of the deliverables to solve the clients’ needs.
Confidentiality
Sandstone assures strict confidentiality of information from and collected for its clients.
Identification
Sandstone identfies with its clients and builds trusted relationships. Sandstone only works with clients who exhibit honesty, integrity and the respect of the rule of law.
